You become a member. That gives you access to our pricing: medication, provider visits and bloodwork at our cost, and a real person to talk to.

We recommend starting with a blood panel. It is $20, billed separately at our cost. You go to a nearby lab, or in some areas someone comes to you. Results come back in a few days.

We recommend it rather than require it. But almost everything useful we can do starts with knowing where you actually are.

A licensed provider looks at your results, your history and what you are trying to achieve. They decide what is appropriate for you, and whether anything is appropriate at all. Every prescription requires this visit, which is $15, billed at our cost.

Sometimes the answer is that you do not need a prescription. That is a real outcome and we would rather tell you than sell you something.

If something is prescribed, it is filled by a licensed pharmacy in our network and shipped to your door. Discreet packaging. Cold chain where it is needed.

Check-ins, retesting and adjustments as things change, each billed at our cost. Your membership keeps member pricing on all of it, not just the start.
