How we are built
Licensed providers make every clinical decision
Nobody self-prescribes here. A licensed provider evaluates you and decides what is appropriate, and their decision is independent of anything commercial.
Licensed pharmacies fill every prescription
Everything is filled by licensed pharmacies in our established medical and pharmacy network and shipped directly to you. Nothing passes through anyone else's hands.
Our margin is on the membership, not the medicine
This is the structural choice that everything else follows from. We are paid for the membership. We are not paid more when you take more.
We say what is prescription and what is not
Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. That is true of every compounded medication, everywhere, and we would rather explain it than let you find out later. What we will never do is sell you something that is not a prescription and imply that it is.
